We are a family owned and operated company. We care about our customers and the quality of service they receive. Before we started this company we were working professionals with children, in the Las Vegas market for over 10 years.
We had several cleaning companies and carpet cleaners come into our home. The only problem was; after they left we always had to clean.
The carpet cleaners we had showed up but were not in uniform and our carpets would be wet for days.
It is our policy to spend the time to clean and do the job right. No home owner should ever have to clean after we leave. We have also provided all of our leads with accident reports & cell phones. We understand that accidents happen and if any thing is ever broken we want to know about it when it happens and the customer is notified.
We have also gone to great lengths to make sure that all our carpet & tile vans have the newest state of the art equipment including the RX20 rotary system.
We knew we could provide quality service with professional uniformed employees. All of our employees are background checked ?in 50 states? & trained. Our carpet and tile technicians are all IICRC certified ?not just the owner?. You can be assured that we would never send anyone into your home or business that we would not send into our home & business.
